Edoardo Albinati was born in 1956 in Rome, where he has been working for over twenty years as a teacher at Rebibbia prison.

He has written plays for Giorgio Barberio Corsetti and screenplays for Matteo Garrone and Marco Bellocchio.

Elisabetta Moro, a professor of Cultural Anthropology at the SOB University of Naples, teaches Mediterranean Food Traditions, Food and Wine Tourism and Cultural Anthropology. She is co-director of MedEatResearch (a Centre for social research into the Mediterranean diet). Her publications include La Dieta Mediterraneana. Mito e storia di uno stile di vita (il Mulino, 2014) and Andare per i luoghi della Dieta Mediterraneana (with Marino Niola, il Mulino, 2017).

François Truffaut (1932-1984) was an actor, film director, screenwriter, producer and cinema critic. He played a crucial role in the French film industry between the 1960s and the ’80s and was involved in the nouvelle vague movement, which drew its inspiration from the earlier season of Italian Neorealism, becoming a point of reference for the film industry worldwide.

Daniele Giorgi, a conductor, composer and violinist, was born in Florence in 1970, obtained a diploma in violin from the Luigi Cherubini Conservatory and specialised at the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana. He is the Artistic Director of L’Antidoto, the Fondazione Pistoiese Jorio Vivarelli chamber music festival. He has been the Music Director of the Leonore Orchestra since 2014 and Head of the Promusica Symphonic Season’s artistic programme.

The Leonore Orchestra was established in 2014 with the aim of making music together as a true act of sharing. Top musicians are involved in this common objective, people active in prestigious chamber music environments and experience in major international orchestras (the Lucerne Festival Orchestra, Berliner Philharmoniker, Accademia di Santa Cecilia, Mahler Chamber Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra of Europe, Mozart Orchestra and Sydney Symphony Orchestra) under Daniele Giorgi’s music direction.
