Silvia Ronchey is a professor of Byzantine Civilisation and teaches Classical Philology and Byzantine Civilisation at Roma Tre University in Rome.

Vittorio Lingiardi, a psychiatrist and a psychoanalyst, is professor of Dynamic Psychology at the Faculty of Medicine and Psychology at La Sapienza University in Rome, and past Director of its Clinical Psychology Specialisation School. His scientific activities focus on the assessment and diagnosis of personality disorders; the effectiveness of psychotherapy and psychoanalysis; gender identity and sexual orientation. He is scientific coordinator, together with Nancy McWilliams, of the Psychodynamic Diagnostic Manual (PDM-2, Guilford Press, 2017).

Serge Gruzinski is a French historian, the Directeur de recherche émérite of CNRS and Directeur d'études all'Ecole des Hautes Etudes in Social Science. He teaches History of Colonial Iberian America and Global History in France, the United States and Brazil. In 2015, he was awarded the CISH Jaeger-LeCoultre Prize, the International Prize for History.

Roberto Koch is a publisher, curator and photographer and he organises international cultural events focusing on photography through his publishing company Contrasto, his photography agency of the same name and the Fondazione Forma per la Fotografia.

Gianni Berengo Gardin (1930) is a master of contemporary photography, mainly focusing on documentary photography, social investigations, architectural documentation and portraying the environment. His many awards include the Leica Oskar Barnack Award in 1995 and the Lucie Lifetime Achievement Award in 2008. He has published over 250 books and held more than 360 solo exhibitions.
